Nursery Apprentice

Hiya, I’m Alice I’m currently an apprentice and have been at monkey puzzle for 6 months now. I have worked in all the rooms but I am really enjoying working in babies. During my time here I have enjoyed helping the children settle, develop, play and learn the daily routines of each room. My favourite part of the role is watching children grow and develop, especially watching all their personalities shine through and being part of the moments that make them smile and laugh. I love creating a fun, safe and nurturing environment for all the children so that they feel happy and secure at nursery. I love learning new things about the job and can’t wait to be qualified and develop my career. My interesting fact about me is I have had several exotic pets being a chameleon, hedgehog and currently a tortoise. I also love Harry Potter and have quite a large Lego collection!
